Inersight Treatment

MIND:
The Mind becomes calmer from meditation. By reducing the thoughts that arise in the mind it becomes less scattered and more focused. In general it feels much more relaxed and the more one becomes skilled at meditation the greater the results. When one first begins to practice there may be resistance and a little anxiety though. Increased alertness and energy occurs form regular practice.The mind is an interesting place. Something that is unique to all of us and something that must be controlled in all of us otherwise undesirable things will appear in it. Like a gardener that carefully tends to the garden working hard in the beginning and then working hard to maintain it so that the weeds do not grow.
BODY:
The mind plays such an important role in influencing the body. In leaning to calm the mind and illuminate our being we also enhance the cells in the body. The hard is relaxed from the calmness of being detached and usually finds more calm rhythms and beats when meditation is practiced regularly.Cancer is said to be life that has gone wrong. It is cells acting out of there guiding laws and it creates destruction to the body as that which was once part of our being no longer recognizes this. Meditation is said to awaked a deep sense of unity throughout the cells keeping them aware they are one in unity with our whole being.
SOUL:
There are many forms of meditation so the effects are different but it is said that through dedicated meditation the body, mind and soul are aligned. The aura shines great in those who have attained this and all those around benefit. The mind and body can quite often be an obstacle for the soul suppressing it and smothering it like wet leaves on a fire. This suppressing blanket is removed with the regular practice of meditation.
